Booked with Tanya and she is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I booked her for a 11am appointment as she had open availability on her schedule. I paid a $140 deposit for a double process color, trim and silk press. She texted me 30 mins prior to my appointment when I already left my house to drive to the salon saying that she needs me to come in at 5pm.
