I won’t be using Ramon De Jesus for my taxes again. His communication is very poor, and it’s difficult to get in touch with him. I even had to call a coworker in the same building just to reach him. He ended up costing me about $100 because he didn’t clearly explain that the bank would charge a fee if he took his payment directly from my refund. DeJesus is an extraordinary man, he helped me file my small business taxes this year. He helped me understand how the deductions works etc, something my prior tax guy never did. Everything went smoothly, and fast. His prices are the best as well, I called other tax facilities before remembering this amazing guy and they were charging an arm and a leg.
