I would not recommend Dejay Contracting under any circumstances. They demolished a house next door to ours, and the entire process was handled poorly. Despite clear protocol requiring dust control, they failed to water down the dirt, which resulted in massive amounts of dust blowing into our property. This was especially problematic with temperatures reaching 40°C, making the situation even worse. Horrible service, no communication, dented neighbour property and tried to cover up. Yes they were a little cheaper than others but not worth the stress and hassle. go elsewhere.
Just read reviews for Dejay Demolition. Lots of very good reviews and 2 bad ones. The good reviews were all followed up by the company. But the bad ones were not replied to. A house next door to us in West Lakes is about to be demolished. I am hoping to be able to post a good review when it has been done.
