I would not recommend this company due to the few bad experiences I had with them. First they took over 4 months to finally demolish my house property. This has caused delays in start of construction of investment properties thus loss of income. Second, they damaged the neighbours side fence due to house brick wall falling towards the neighbours boundary instead of within my property. Poor services, significant delays in all projects and no sense of environmental responsibility
The whole team were very professional and extremely skilled in their respective field. Communication was very clear and concise. I would highly recommend DeJay Contracting for any of their services. They far exceed any other competitors in my opinion. Highly recommended.

I would not recommend Dejay Contracting under any circumstances. They demolished a house next door to ours, and the entire process was handled poorly. Despite clear protocol requiring dust control, they failed to water down the dirt, which resulted in massive amounts of dust blowing into our property. This was especially problematic with temperatures reaching 40°C, making the situation even worse.
