Not sure why my valid review was taken down but if they wanted to make up for a year long experience of having to regrow my hair they could have given a refund. And also side note coconut oil is not a protein and does not contribute to excess protein buildup it’s a fat lol.
I had nice long hair all the same length except tiny pieces but nothing too noticeable. Requested NO layers and that I was growing my hair out. I stayed with this salon for two years and they did not listen after agreeing to assist in my hair growth journey and instead cut into my hair layers enough for a half bob. My bangs were only meant to just have small face framing pieces and instead it was cut way too far back on the sides further taking away from the fullness.
