Set up a appointment to go through jewelry. She then messaged me 2-3 days before the appointment To cancel after waiting a week already. And says shes not interested. In buying more since some bla bla blah bought a bunch this week already. Very unprofessional. Will not go back. Take ur jewelery to someone thats wanting to help you. Not here. Id give 0 stars

I can not begin to come up with words as to how pleased I am with my entire experience. The customer service was above and beyond acceptional day or night. Someone was there through the entire process. Absolutely great customer service. Amy went above and beyond to make sure I could get the ring I fell in love with sized down without hurting the integrity of the ring structurally. She made it happen! I will be shopping here again and highly recommend you do the same!
