Sold them my grandfather’s coin collection and they were very honest and fair. It’s never easy to part with family heirlooms, but they made it easier. Erin even called me after he bought my collection to say that he’d gone through it and realized he owed me more money (it was a big collection so he couldn’t go through every coin on the spot), so he sent a check for more. Very honest people and I highly recommend.

Set up a appointment to go through jewelry. She then messaged me 2-3 days before the appointment To cancel after waiting a week already. And says shes not interested. In buying more since some bla bla blah bought a bunch this week already. Very unprofessional. Will not go back. Take ur jewelery to someone thats wanting to help you. Not here. Id give 0 stars

I can not begin to come up with words as to how pleased I am with my entire experience. The customer service was above and beyond acceptional day or night. Someone was there through the entire process.
