I booked a house through VRBO from this rental company on March 4. 2024. The reservation was for May 24th to May 27th in Pensacola beach. I paid for the stay in full and purchased their required insurance. Today May 15, 2024 I received an email from VRBO stating my reservation had been canceled by the host. This company didn’t reach out to me directly in any form to explain the cancellation or offer any kind of solution. I now sit here with 14 people with nowhere to stay.
