Amazing service!!! Dei was super kind!! Did my nails in 20 minutes for 20$
Waited until an hour and 15 minutes before the appointment to cancel. Explained that I had my mom drive from Gettysburg to Shippensburg to bring my daughter for her appointment as I was stuck at work. I was told travel is out of their hands, I get that but customer service or lack their of is definitely in their hands. Not very professional and now I have a very upset child that saved up her money because she was recommended to this place. What a shame!
My nails would not stay on for more than a couple days they would start coming off. They got gross underneath and green. They hurt and became extremely red and slightly infected. I paid 120 dollars not including the tip. I scheduled a few oops appointments and the same things would happen. The top layer of my nail is chipping and coming off. I tried to keep going to see if she could help but I have never had so many problems and I have been getting this done for many years. Will not be going back as this has become a health ... read more
Alondra did an amazing job with my nails. I gave her the green light on whatever she thought would look good on my nails. And I am not disappointed at all! My nails are beautiful. She was very delicate and mindful about my well-being (getting nails done shouldn't be a painful process). She has a brilliant personality, which makes the time spent at the salon very pleasant. The salon is great, clean, doesn't smell chemicals like some nail salons. The displayed art is beautiful. Definitely recommend this place.
Before going to Dei’s, I had never gotten fake nails, acrylics, a special design—I had only ever gotten a basic manicure at a nail salon, and I usually walked out upset and dissatisfied. I booked a Gel X appointment with Alondra for medium length and basic art, and let me tell you… her work and professionalism BLEW ME AWAY!
