My initial impression of Dei's work and business owner was very nice, she worked with me when I had to reschedule and during the appointment, she conversed with me and was friendly. I had gotten a surprise set which meant the artist got to pick the design, I just asked for shorter length nails due to my job at the time. I tipped well but once everything was done and I had gone home after my busy day, I had finally really looked at the nails. They were terrible. Waited until an hour and 15 minutes before the appointment to cancel. Explained that I had my mom drive from Gettysburg to Shippensburg to bring my daughter for her appointment as I was stuck at work. I was told travel is out of their hands, I get that but customer service or lack their of is definitely in their hands. Not very professional and now I have a very upset child that saved up her money because she was recommended to this place. What a shame!
