The installation of my solar panels and battery went smoothly without issues. One week ahead of schedule.
I went with this business because the initial consultation was good and i felt confident using them even though they were more expensive by $510 than another provider for the same battery system. Unfortunately they had a lot of system errors and internal communication issues which has really let them down. They were booked in to arrive at 8:30am and this was confirmed the day prior, they arrived at about 12pm after no notification. They were very polite with giving me a call to say they were coming a day earlier then planned. I was happy that they followed my instructions with our dogs in the yard and the work was done promptly and everything was left neat and tidy. The system has just been put back on after being off the roof for 3 months. They were very polite and tidy. They let me know that they were running a day behind .
