1. I was picking up the truck at 6 am using the mobile app. The day before the pickup, someone called me and said she would send me a link to upload my driver’s license to facilitate the process but I never received it. It was no big deal at this point. 2. The mobile app indicated the truck was parked in lot K but it was actually in lot AA. 3. It took 20 minutes to unlock the keybox.
