This place is a RIP OFF PLEASE PLEASE DON'T RENT a UHAUL from this place, I rented a uhaul for the whole day had the uhaul for several hrs received a phone call from the manager asking me to come bcack to move my vehicle which I was told by the young lady who checked me in said I could leave it there had to CUT my MOVING SHORT and come back they charged me FULL PRICE because they said there was a tree company waiting to cut down some tress so they wanted me back there ASAP to move my car NEVER AGAIN
Picked up a Uhaul from here to pickup something from the Home Depot on Mcknight. Drove 10 miles total, refueled the car with 5 gallons and topped it off, and was charged a refueling fee, Just annoyed since I overfilled the Uhaul. Highly recommend avoiding this Uhaul station
Had a reservation for this morning, showed up 90 minutes after they open. Nobody in that office showed up for work today. Wasted 4 guys time. Google should allow 0 stars for businesses like this one.
Horrible service and location. How do you schedule a truck a month in advance and then change my pickup time and location that’s an additional 45 min ways away.
