Ask for Cody and Kahlil at this location- They WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN!! Cody and Kahlil were incredibly helpful, super attentive, and they helped get us exactly what we needed. I would absolutely recommend this location for hitch installation. I had a hitch installed on a 2023 Kia Niro PHEV. Tommi, the general manager, greeted me when I arrived. I had elected to wait for the installation, so she politely let me know that she was the only one working at that moment which meant that the installation may take a while as she had to juggle many duties.
