I would absolutely recommend this location for hitch installation. I had a hitch installed on a 2023 Kia Niro PHEV. Tommi, the general manager, greeted me when I arrived. I had elected to wait for the installation, so she politely let me know that she was the only one working at that moment which meant that the installation may take a while as she had to juggle many duties. This place is a RIP OFF PLEASE PLEASE DON'T RENT a UHAUL from this place, I rented a uhaul for the whole day had the uhaul for several hrs received a phone call from the manager asking me to come bcack to move my vehicle which I was told by the young lady who checked me in said I could leave it there had to CUT my MOVING SHORT and come back they charged me FULL PRICE because they said there was a tree company waiting to cut down some tress so they wanted me back there ASAP to move my car NEVER AGAIN
