Deidre pulled off a miracle for us! She skillfully and painlessly guided us through all the extra hoops that self employment creates for obtaining a mortgage. We had an insane deadline to meet due to the seller's circumstances. Instead of telling me it was impossible to get a mortgage in 3 weeks, she agreed to give it a shot. And she pulled it off!
