I went for my first annual physical with her last week and the only feedback I have is to STAY AWAY from this physician. She has a "almighty" complex of herself. I shared some issues I was having and that I was at high risk as family members have serious issues, and asked her to please refer me for a colonoscopy. she said NO because I was not due for my follow up until 2027 so I would need to wait until then. I’m supposed to be a patient of Dr. Hein. I only met her once, even though I’ve had a few appointments scheduled. My messages to the office are hardly ever answered, and medication refills take days to be read, let alone called in. I messaged over a week ago, for asthma medication, and I still haven’t gotten it. I’m on day ten of COVID, and have no albuterol. I wouldn’t recommend this “doctor” for money.

She is my PCP. I am post-cancer, but I have never seen her. From Nov. 2021 (when my prior PCP retired) to May ‘22, then June, then August, then Feb. ‘23, she cancelled my appt. not once but four times! Some DO “whole body doctor”, stressing me out like this, with absolutely no message of concern or caring at all about me. I’m looking for a different PCP as of now.

She never returns phone calls if you have any problem that you need to speak to her. I left messages and phone calls for over a week and she never called me back. A nurse did call but I asked if I could speak to her personally. Two weeks later still no phone call. Reported her to the patient liaison department. Hopefully they do something about her lack of professionalism.
