My family has been going to Deichler’s for 20+ years and usually it’s my dad or my husband interacting with them. Both of them have absolutely raved about how knowledgeable and helpful Stacy is! I can’t recommend them enough!!! I’ve had to bring my car in twice over the last couple of months, and both experiences have been outstanding. They’re honest, straightforward, and never make you feel like you’re being jerked around. Their prices are more than fair, the work is always done well! What really stands out, though, is how kind and calm everyone is. They take the time to explain things, answer questions, and really care about their customers. Despite car trouble on a road trip being an incredibly stress... read more
Quick thoughtful help when I called with car vibration issue, said bring the car right by, thought caliper, evaluated safety of me driving it until I could get an appointment. After needing full brake job, was expecting to pay more with such an in demand facility. Walked away grateful, definitely recommending!
The most honest and reliable shop around! The owners are great people and they really know how to take care of their customers. Highly recommend!!
