My family has been going to Deichler’s for 20+ years and usually it’s my dad or my husband interacting with them. Both of them have absolutely raved about how knowledgeable and helpful Stacy is! Last week I had the unfortunate instance of not only a blown out tire, but finding out that 2022 Acura’s don’t come automatically with a donut! It’s an extra feature you have to pay for. I can’t recommend them enough!!! I’ve had to bring my car in twice over the last couple of months, and both experiences have been outstanding. They’re honest, straightforward, and never make you feel like you’re being jerked around. Their prices are more than fair, the work is always done well! Michael was amazing! He took me right in, replaced our water pump and got us back in the road to go home to Florida quickly. Friendly, Honest and Fast! I would highly recommend them.
Quick thoughtful help when I called with car vibration issue, said bring the car right by, thought caliper, evaluated safety of me driving it until I could get an appointment. After needing full brake job, was expecting to pay more with such an in demand facility. Walked away grateful, definitely recommending!
I was directed to Deichler’s by both my sister and my friend. I was well pleased. I got front and rear brakes and the process was smooth from making the appointment, dropping my car off and picking it up. Friendly…they followed through…explained everything.
