Exactly as another review said, this place takes FOREVER to pay out for work completed. If you are a contractor or sub, be aware, these folks want silly amounts of paperwork to get paid. Notarize this, fill out that, mail them an original. They did pay, but Jesus, it took so long. Take this into consideration when pricing out the job. Make it worth the wait. I wish I had known this before hand.
Very un personal and very expensive
Did a large job for this company and they still haven't payed. The in voice is past due of more than 45 days and all they told me is im in line for payment. Not only that but just to send payment out they had requirements that should have been communicated at the beginning so there wasn't more of a delay. Our family has bills and life to take care of and while this company is holding pay from the people who did jobs for them they are still getting payed.
