My son recently experienced a tooth emergency while at school. Dr Dehpanah was quick to get us in the office to apply a bandaid to the exposed tooth. He referred us to excellent specialists after the appointment. Above and beyond he called me personally every night this week to check on my son and see how he was doing after his root canal. You don’t always find this level of care but when you do it should be recognized! Thank you Dr Dehpanah for going above and beyond!
Our boys have seen Dr. Dehpanah for a couple years now and have always been greeted warmly and treated well!
I highly recommend North Andover Pediatric Dentistry and Dr. Dehpanah! He has a big smile and a big heart! I truly feel he cares about your kid's smile and that they have a great experience. We love this dentist! I also like that he takes time to stop and chat at the end of the appointment with my son and I to go over their dental needs and expectations so kids take part in their own self care. My daughters had been going to this office for a couple years and always had a pleasant experience. Yesterday, my seven year old was in for a cleaning. When the hygienist came to get her I said I would like to go back with her. The hygienist said oh I’ll need to take picture of her teeth first and then I’ll come get you. She never came to get me and my daughter came out in tears. I spoke up to both the dentist and the hygienist and they both played it off as if she had just forgotten. Didn’t buy it for a second.
