During the course of the settlement we had miscommunications, but to the firm's credit, they reached out to me to correct any miscommunications or confusion. They followed through on the process despite complications with the other party. I highly recommend.
They were helpful at first when I was attacked and hurt by a dog, but then just stopped contacting me. Multiple calls to follow up. At first they said they couldn't contact the owners of the dog that attacked me because they were not getting a response. Never bothered to serve them. Later on all my calls were met with simply leaving a message. No effort made to reconcile or close the case and bring it to end in one way or another.
Great experience, Jocelyn & Kimberly were great help .
I have no complaints with this Law Firm. The owner and employees were very efficient with my case. Yes I would recommend them!!! Absolutely!!!
