Really disappointed. I have literally spent thousands of dollars with Dehen 1920 over the years, and loved their gear. However, recently I ordered and paid for an Indigo T shirt online, I didn't receive either an order or shipping notice, and no tracking number. I sent several emails and left numerous messages with customer support. I finally had a call returned, leaving a voicemail message saying it was delivered and I needed to take it up with Fed X. I had bookmarked a few items online and decided to stop by the showroom while passing through Portland. The staff were friendly & helpful, and the showroom was clean, well-organized, and beautifully designed. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality and ended up purchasing not only my bookmarked item, but a few extras as well. Excited to have a new favorited brand.
I've purchased two items from Dehen. Both fit very awkward. Almost like the person sewing the garment did not care or they had poor eyesight. Customer service is also as bad as it gets.
This is a great store with some very cool, fashionable, beautifully made clothes! We were helped by Rebecca who is knowledgeable and lovely. My friend that lives here and is in fashion loves to shop with Dehen. Keep up the great work!
Incredible experience. Came here just before close to check out the offering’s as this is the only place you can see the full line. Was greeted to an incredible experience that kept me there past closing time. The passion for sourcing, constructing and cultivating the highest quality goods produced in the states is clear as day. Would recommend to anyone who shares the passion for high quality made in USA clothes.
