This company has so many issues; as Active Duty military we have dealt with many rental companies and DeHanas has been the worst. Firstly, the move-in inspection was not conducted with a checklist. Secondly, the property either had not been managed while it was vacant or a proper move-out inspection was not conducted with the prior resident. I am a disabled veteran and was looking to rent a home in Waldorf MD, My experience with Michael on the property Management side , and Steven on the Realtor side was atrocious and no should endure the horror me and my family went through. There was very little transparency and virtual no communication from mike at all. Mike would never return my calls at all.
