Purchased a brand new camper from them last year, 4 trips, 1 year old. Well it has massive water damages and appears I was sold a used camper as brand new. There are screw holes all over the roof and the top of the camper. I was just neive and when I inspected of course they had the lid opened. I would be very weary if this is your first purchase and trusting this company.
Our salesman Tom Pformmer was very knowledgeable and helpful with explaining all the features of our Brinkley Z2900 5th wheel. David in the finance department was very efficient with all the paperwork. The service department was all very through in our demp walk thru. I highly recommend purchasing your next RV from Kunes RV in Elk Horn Wisconsin.
2 month long process for me that was extremely aggravating at times. I am out of state and most of this process of purchasing an RV had to be done over the phone. If something was needed on my end I handled it promptly and then was left in the dark for weeks with no update or call back from anyone. I would have to call numerous times to get my own information, most of the time having to leave voicemail which was un answered. Joe Sardina made our camper upgrade a breeze! He listened to all of our wants and got us that plus more! The communication that Kunes had was amazing. Roger our tech was also amazing with our very thorough walk thru. Mercedes made the boring paperwork not so boring with her great sense of humor!
