Joe Sardina made our camper upgrade a breeze! He listened to all of our wants and got us that plus more! The communication that Kunes had was amazing. Roger our tech was also amazing with our very thorough walk thru. Mercedes made the boring paperwork not so boring with her great sense of humor! We would highly recommend Kunes RV to all of our friends.
Amazing People! Amazing Service! Leaving for vacation in two days and we had a problem. Dropped off our unit on a Sunday night without notice. The service department was right on it! Laurel and Shannon serviced the unit right away! We left on our trip on time! Thank you! Eric is our sales person and he is wonderful! I recently had a Blue Ox towing plate installed on my toad vehicle. Service advisor Shanon Tuckey did an outstanding job helping get the base plate and all the associated parts so I can pull my new vehicle. Shanon was able to walk me through the entire process, order all the parts that were needed. He kept me up to date and called me back when he said he would.
