For being a new client they provided poor service. They had the routeing number not even my bank the wrong account number which was not even mine which I didn't catch till after Cassie transferred my taxes by e-file. My taxes where filed on the 19th of Feb and the IRS still says they haven't accepted them. When I called her with my concerns her exact words were "it's no big deal they'll just send you a check by mail . Well first off I paid for my taxes to be filed by e-file.
