Friendliest staff ! Was so grateful DeGroot was open for rentals as no other U-Haul was in the oswego surrounding area on a Sunday. Even had the truck warmed up for us which was very considerate.

The best u-Haul place I’ve ever used.
I rents a U-Haul truck from this place. Had no idea it even existed. The U-Haul rental itself was easy, fast and painless, but the man that owns the building, Ed I believe his name is, was excellent. Everything was so so simple, and he himself was very professional, helpful and kind. Definitely going to check out his auto detailing outfit here shortly.
