I had scheduled an appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early. The salon was closed when I got there. I waited in my car for another 20 minutes. Nobody ever showed up. I found this to be very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
Tessa always cut my hair exactly how I wanted. She is the best ever and not a day goes by my heart doesn't ache for her.
I tried visiting this salon several times because I do think the young ladies working there have skill and put real effort into what they do. However, I’ve had a few experiences that left me a bit disappointed. On more than one occasion, I ended up waiting longer than expected for my appointment, and it was difficult to get someone on the phone when I had questions.
