I tried calling DOH. Sandy answered the phone "Degree of Honor may I help you?" I said "Hi this is Alyssa and I was calling to request that you guys mail some forms to a client." She asked if the client was available to speak to. I said, "you don't need the client on the phone to mail him some forms, I have the policy numbers." She asked "who told you we don't need to speak to the client?" I said "I have never needed you to speak to a client to mail them a form." She said, "This is Catholic Financial..." Do not use Degree of Honor. They falsified a plan for our mother in last years of her life. She had wanted to make plans for her funeral for the family to attend the funeral from around the country. They sold her a policy that was nowhere near that.

Business hours are non-existent. Could not get a hold of ANYONE; even the automated phone operator has a voicemail. Ridiculous.

I just spoke with this company over the phone, and was surprised by the degree of unprofessionalism, rudeness, and lack of integrity. Unless you are forced to deal with them, avoid this company. I would not recommend working with them in any capacity.
