I had a problem, my reverse cycle, started leaking water from the indoor unit. A phone call with Rebecca at DC who advised me what to do, and organised for technician to come the following morning, even though they were heavily booked and short staffed. Lloyd attended as arranged the next morning and got the issue sorted, along with checking my other heat pump and providing me with some excellent advice on running the units.
