Dear Degree C Complements and congratulations on your 3 employees who installed a Daikin multi head heat pump system to my house in George Town. They are great workers worthy of their pay cheques. Amazing service! Our reverse cycle split hot water system repaired in 90mins. A handyman, electrician and a plumber suggested changing the whole system that was going to cost us 8K. Received a call back from Rebecca before 8am and Josh from Degree C did an amazing job in repairing the system👏 👏👏
I had a problem, my reverse cycle, started leaking water from the indoor unit. A phone call with Rebecca at DC who advised me what to do, and organised for technician to come the following morning, even though they were heavily booked and short staffed. Lloyd attended as arranged the next morning and got the issue sorted, along with checking my other heat pump and providing me with some excellent advice on running the units.
