I wanted my hair flat ironed but since it was June, she said it wouldn't last long and would be a waste ofmoney. She said to get a perm. She made me go but the poem for her to use and kept the rest. She didn't even give the rest of it back. So not only did we pay for the service but the product that she said to get and will use on other people. The perm didn't last long anyways.
