Let me tell you a story about Degraff bloom builder. On May 5 of 2022 we signed a contract that would change our lives to build a new home in our favorite neighborhood. Upon signing we were told the process would take 10 to 12 months. We applied with our favorite loan officer Bob Patnaude and locked in a very good rate for a 12 month build. We are very happy with the quality of work and also how easy it was to work with all the staff members from DeGraff Bloom Builders. They were eager to help with all our customization needs and very responsive whenever there’s been an issue. They gave us a timeline early on in the process and were spot on with closing date predictions. We were able to stay in our previous home until closing date, which was very convenient.
