We had to have our septic tank pumped out today. The 2 gentlemen that came was so nice and polite. They explained everything and showed me what happen. They had such good manners. I made an appointment late Friday with Heidi for our septic tank to be pumped out. Heidi was very professional and thorough. She made sure I understood the process, including costs and the timeframe for our appointment the next morning. Had our septic pumped out today and was very impressed at their service. #1 they were ahead of scheduled time which was great # 2 The guy was very helpful/knowledgeable and answered and explained any questions we had. #3 all around great customer service.
