EDIT: Wanted to update that we are still incredibly happy with Degeorge Management. Shout out to Crystal for being super responsive and accommodating of our needs. She has truly gone above and beyond in her role and for that I will always be thankful! My husband and I have been residents for 2 years now. I have lived in Holley Degeorge apartments in Holley NY for several years. All aspects of living here have been outstanding including it being quiet and affordable. The Maintenance department, in particular, gets my highest rating. Any minor work that I needed done was done promptly and efficiently. Last winter was a particularly harsh one and the Maintenance department plowed regularly and kept the sidewalks and apartment entrances clear.
De George just bought the property were I live and yes they are working on rehabbing the apartments in time the apartments have a lot of issues bur de George is working little by little I can tell you I have some leaking issues in my unit and they have fixed all of them there are quickly in fixing even though they have way more work on property that they are currently working on but the way they work is awesome I mean very awesome and very very clean in the work I am so far very pleased and happy

I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the property management here. Derek, in particular, does an excellent job and is always pleasantly respectful and accommodating. All my interactions with people who work here have been pleasant and positive!
