We just moved in this past weekend and so far it’s been an easy and seamless process. Derek was especially helpful at all steps from application to move in. He was also really flexible which we couldn’t have appreciated more given our cross-country move. Highly recommend!
The staff is absolutely wonderful. The apartment I rented exceeds my expectations. Applying was easy. Any of my concerns were addressed immediately. I couldn't ask for a better management company. They are wonderful and willing to help with the process if needed.
Just moved in a few weeks ago, and so far so good. My unit has all new windows, new bathroom cabinets, painted, it looks really nice despite being an older home, you can tell they put work into getting it ready for a new tenant. Nothing has broken or fallen off (like a door knob) the first time I touched it, which has happened to me before! I have lived in two DeGeorge Properties and have love both of them. My first apartment with them was at Titus Villa and I just moved into one of their Rochester Houses. The kitchen and bathrooms are up to date and the few minor maintenance issues I've had, have been fixed extremely quickly. The staff is always respective and friendly. I would recommend any of DeGeorge's property to my friends and family.
