Terrible place to rent from, they bought the apartments in seneca falls then started harassing tenants with constant emails sent to everyone about issues with threats to evict, the nearest office is newark, the manager there apparently doesnt know how to answer the phone, even during an emergency I have had to call the rochester office just to get someone to answer. I have lived here for a year and I love it. The degeorge management team are very kind respectful, and helpful. They’re are very professional, the apts and townhomes are quiet, clean, and safe. Parking is easy, they have maintenance on call. I cannot recommend this place enough!

EDIT: Wanted to update that we are still incredibly happy with Degeorge Management. Shout out to Crystal for being super responsive and accommodating of our needs. She has truly gone above and beyond in her role and for that I will always be thankful! My husband and I have been residents for 2 years now. We have been so appreciative of the DeGeorge Management team! Our move in was seamless in 2021. We have always felt safe here at Parkview Apts. I have lived in Holley Degeorge apartments in Holley NY for several years. All aspects of living here have been outstanding including it being quiet and affordable. The Maintenance department, in particular, gets my highest rating. Any minor work that I needed done was done promptly and efficiently. Last winter was a particularly harsh one and the Maintenance department plowed regularly and kept the sidewalks and apartment entrances clear.
