Hi crystal was loads of help getting everything ready and swapped over quickly
We stayed at Avalon Suites from May - September 2025. Everything was great from the first meet with Derek to our close date. He was always a pleasure to talk to and or answer a question. Accommodations were perfect from laundry room to and the apartment haf everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommended reaching out to Derek. He’s great to work with for a rental property.
The route to this area was efficient.
My first experience renting on my own and Derek made the process smooth and welcoming. He's been efficient, helpful and understanding all the way through and with my anxiety, his friendliness and courteous attitude was a pleasure. Even my children said he's wonderful.
