I hired Louis and his team on February 28, 2025 for a $70,000 basement renovation. The agreement was that work would begin by early May and finish by early June. Louie and the team completed the renovation as promised and within estimated cost. His team works together well. They are all very responsive to my requests, and to any challenges that pop up during the project. A special shout out to Dave my project lead and Ronaldo who can do anything... and quickly too. My thanks goes out to the team. I will definitely consider them again in the future.

Subs are great--specifically plumbing and tile. However, communication and follow through very poor at the GC level by Louie. And don't even bother with the "interior designer" advertised at the sale of the job-- she doesn't return calls but finally sent a link via text to Home Depot fixtures without even setting foot on-site. Final project came out decent despite this, but only because of great subs, which is why I'm awarding a second star rather than a single one, but the overall experience from start to finish was stressf... read more

After two years of planning, and an extensive search for a general contractor that could suit our needs, we selected DeGeorge Home Improvements for our project. Our project was extensive, including a renovation of the entire second floor of our house, addition of 5 exterior dormers, new roof, master bedroom, master bath and a second full bathroom.
