DeGagne carpentry has been a pretty enjoyable process for us. Me and my partner designed a layout of what we wanted…. Not thinking it would happen anytime soon, we sent our things over to Degagne and everything just became a reality, Degagne worked with us every step of the way to try and keep things within our budget and for the most part did pretty great. I bought a new Degagne build in July 2024, for a year I've attempted to get Paul & Danika over to look at a few issues in my house. From the duct work laid out poorly in the basement, to scratched countertops, to the front yard grass not taking, to debris (old mattress, chair, wheel barrel) left in the yard. In the summer of this year I called to talk to Marcel or Dan before I filed a Tarion claim to give them a chance to make it right. Unfortunately, no one called me back.
