My son Karter plays baseball and has been going there training with Lauryn George for the past year now. We have seen great improvements in speed, agility and strength. He has also pack on lean muscle since he’s been there. One of the best investments in training for Karter that we have made.
DefyGENETICS and Roger Riggie have taken my game and my life to another level. Every workout has made me better, and without him I wouldn’t be where I am today. He’s pushed me on the field, guided me off the field, and even wrote the recommendation that helped me get into Virginia State where I now play football. Roger cares about his athletes and knows how to get results. If you want to be great, this is where you need to be.
