At one point we had respect for this place until my daughter was injured seriously acl and meniscus torn due to the trainer’s negligence . I would just say be careful and cautious they won’t care if your kid is injured here. You want a place that cares for your kid especially when you fully supported their business. My daughter sustained an injury here that was preventable. Please ask to see certificates and licenses. Sad thing is it could be a really good place if they kept the kids safer and not have so many getting injure... read more
My man Roger is killing it with my son. Been looking for someone for a while that can help take him to the next level in strength and agility. Kaine gets excited every time it’s gym time. Looking forward to the next couple years training with Roger!!! WVU strong!!!

My son Karter plays baseball and has been going there training with Lauryn George for the past year now. We have seen great improvements in speed, agility and strength. He has also pack on lean muscle since he’s been there. One of the best investments in training for Karter that we have made.
