They solved two major repairs for my car that ended up being tricky few mechanics could have pulled off so nicely. I’m happy. They know how to work on old and exotic cars and have the patience and care required to dig and discover and diagnose and treat properly. However they are a little too quick to reassemble after a job, and could put more care into it, as after each job I find the job done but sloppily reassembled and even needing to be corrected. Crunching noise in my 2017 VW Alltrack was driving me nuts. Took it to Morries, repair shops in West Salem and VW Rochester (twice). All I got were bills. Took it to Defyant after reading a review. Crunch gone, car drives great. Can’t say enough about this outfit. Will definitely be back.
