Was my experience picture perfect. YES...if a picture was worth a thousand words(happiness, heartache, really, and finally, etc). Defy is the mortgage broker and they are a pleasure to work with. From the beginning Miya has always been reachable by phone, text and e-mail. The same for Kim who was next to me on the rollercoaster. There are other brokers the require an exhausting amount of information for DSCRs. Defy doesn't and is always willing to clarify anything and answer questions along the way.
