Darby has put the pep back in my step. LOL she fixed up a really bad dye/highlight job from another hairdresser. still a little more work to be done but for now it looks 100 times better and put a smile back on my face.
Super professional. Very kind and welcoming. Amazing haircut. I had a picture of my cut and Crystal (the owner) understood right away what I needed and wanted. I love my haircut. I highly recommend this salon to anyone that's looking for a reliable, professional, talented hairdressers! Crystal has owned this salon for 20nyrs! She's an absolute gem. I'll definitely be coming back. P.S. The salon is in the mall.

The best hair cuts ever i love going to this hair salon, I never have to tell crystal what I want as she already knows from the first time i got my first hair cut, and always gets the job done right, and the staff is extremely polite and and awesome to chat with, 5 stars for sure highly recommend defy hair salon
I recently had a haircut appointment with Meghan, and I’m extremely disappointed with the experience. I had long, healthy hair and had asked for a butterfly cut. I even showed her pictures and a video to ensure clarity. However, the result was nothing like what I requested — my hair was cut into a short bob, which left me devastated.
