Had an engined go in a 2016 Outlander way too early. Defrank Automotive gave me multiple quotes and talked to me with care and concern. Great honest people working hard and treating you with respect! Transparent in costs and kept me informed on what was going on. Had to stop in and grab stuff for the little ones activities that was left in the car, was met with smiles and updates on my vehicle. The only place I trust to keep my vehicle safe for my family to drive in.
I would give DeFrank Automotive 10 stars if I could. Extremely professional, honest and service oriented. Certified mechanics that are able to work on ALL types of vehicles. Because of their meticulous attention to detail, customer satisfaction and popularity. You will probably have to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment. My wife and I feel very fortunate to have found this great local business.
Totally satisfied with the service. Kevin was very professional and kept me informed throughout. After the repairs, I noticed something about the vehicle was different and without hesitation or excuses, Kevin immediately scheduled a time for me to bring the vehicle back for adjustments without any additional charges. I will continue to have our vehicle serviced at DeFranks.
Took granddaughter’s Audi to Kevin & the guys after my granddaughter was told at a different shop, she needed over $3000 worth of repairs. The list she was given by other shop didn’t seem right so I asked Kevin & guys to check it out. A couple days later, got the call. None of the items listed needed to be done. A couple tires & all around alignment later, her car was good to go. If you want honest & knowledgeable mechanics, go to Defrank’s. Only place granddaughter will ever take her car!!! Thanks for the honesty guys!!
