These guys couldn't help. They took my machine and called a week later saying it was un-fixable. I had them return it to me. I ended up looking online and found the fix (stuck valve). I was able to complete the repair myself. I don't trust this company and will not be dealing with them again. Unfortunate that a local company doesn't have a chance getting my (and my friends) business again.

Unique combo of old school service with online comms.
First time using them and they did a nice job fixing my Arien's snowblower. Easy pick up and delivery service too (for a fee). There may be cheaper options in town, but they are reliable and transparent on the process and price. I will use them again.
I have used DeFrancesco and sons twice now find them on time jobs perfectly done returned promptly i use pickup because of age likeit
