My last to services with Defouw Chevrolet have been absolutely horrible. I don’t know where your techs are coming from but they need trained. My first service I was told my batteries were fine but one had so much corrosion on it that it wasn’t making contact. Then my last service they fried my fuse block when trying to replace one battery but did not disconnect the second battery. The people in the front have always been great to work with but the techs are getting worse.
