I hit a deer with my car in mid November and I picked it up just now, November 2nd….. over a month and a half later. The communication with me and my insurance company was utterly terrible on their part. I go to pick up my car, and of course it’s at night and parked outside so I can’t see the quality, or lack there of. No written/verbal explanation of what was fixed/replaced.
