Michael put in a new shower for us, and we love it! He was a pleasure to work with. He followed through on every little detail, often making last-minute adjustments for us. He is a super nice guy, always showed up when he said he would, and kept the whole project on schedule. We have an old house with uneven walls, etc., and Michael was adept at problem solving all the little difficulties that popped up. He's a true professional. We can't recommend him highly enough!
We met with Definitive Homes - 3 Day Kitchen and Bath in May 2023. We discussed the changes we wanted to make to our Master Bathroom/Master Bedroom. Mike and Kendra were so courteous and knowledgable about their business. The design and decorating was superb. Soon we were presented with the plan and the cost.
