As a year-round cheer athlete, my body is constantly in motion and takes a lot of strain from the gym. After my session with the therapist Carlos, I felt incredibly untensed as soon as I got up. The next day, I went back to practice and felt 10x stronger. They are also an easy-to-talk-to person and provided great service. Highly recommend!
