I attempted to cancel my membership last year and was told I had to come in person to complete the cancellation. In December, I picked up the required form, filled it out, and personally dropped it off at the location. Unfortunately, it appears the employee who accepted it never processed the cancellation. My go to place always! I lived In the area for many years and seen many different therapists, they are all great and very professional. I unfortunately moved away, but always stopped by when I’m in the area and have a chance. This team is awesome

I’ve been coming to this place for over a year. Their therapists are amazing and the majority of their staff is really good. Unfortunately, today I had an extremely poor experience with a representative named Sophia and the manager on duty. I’ve been a paying customer the entire time and have used several of their membership tiers, including the most expensive one at one point. They never answer on phone call. And when go walk in always said yes 3 woman's available for sports massage after 10 mnts will say oh no all are busy now we have 2 mens available, but mens hand are like as hammer. They massaged like as rubbing skin by stone , Before they was good but now no good, just wasting money, and using name
