My first (and definitely not the last) experience with Definite Electric went so smoothly. Carlos arrived during the time window that was given. He was polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing, told me what he was going to do before doing it and made sure I understood. Carlos was very clean as well, put booties on to keep floors clean and vacuumed up any mess that happened during his work. I highly recommend. Excellent work Definite Electric!!!

My EV’s Level 2 charger blew out the power to my house, and I needed immediate service. I couldn’t have been luckier to find Dave and his crew. His technician quickly got the power back on and recommended installing a main breaker switch to prevent future issues. Dave came out himself to install both the new charger and the breaker, and had everything up and running in no time. He was professional, personable, and incredibly efficient. I hesitated to make this review for 2 reasons: 1. I almost never never do, 2. I don’t want this company to grow exponentially and loose the amazingness of their service. Definite Electric and in particular Dave are the epitome of great service. You don’t get to see that often nowadays, specially in Houston. Dave was super reachable, responsive, accessible and fast!. They did a great job fixing our bathroom lights. I thought they were going to have to tear through a lot of the walls, but they found an easier and faster way to fix the problem. I thought the price was fair too. They were very good with communication as well. Would hire again and highly recommend!

Dave at Definite has come to help me with various issues I’ve had with my breaker panel and switches in my home and has been professional and friendly. He has gone above and beyond, even asking “is there anything else you want me to take a look at while I’m here” before he left. I would recommend him for any job.
