Don't bring anything of value with you to this poorly run place because you won't get it back when you leave. I brought my laptop and a new ssd external and a bag full of usbs because I was afraid of my home being broken into during my stay (it was) but it didn't matter because Defining Wellness stole my stuff anyway. I tried to call about it and they promise to call back and then no one ever does. They also sent me home with someone else's medication. Find a place with people that won't rob you.
The people their are not friendly and everything that had to lock up because they said I could not have it while I was there they did not return to me so if you choose to go there don't take anything of value because they will not give it back and there is nothing you can do about it .
I would like to share as a parent who had a family member in treatment at Defining Wellness. My son was very well cared for here and I highly recommend this facility. Addiction affects the entire family, and, thanks to the amazing staff at DW, we also began to heal as a family. I am impressed with every aspect of this program.
