I recently purchased a condo and Arthur came highly recommended ( for good reason)to do my painting. His work is meticulous and his professionalism unmatched in my experience. We recently had the good fortune of having Arthur Podsiadlo restore our large, older home to its former glory. This restoration included insightful colour consultation, repair, preparation and painting of at least 12 rooms of 110 year old plaster and lathe walls and ceilings. No easy task. We have had the pleasure of hiring Arthur Podsiadio 3 times for painting projects and have been very pleased with his work. He has expertly painted the interior of our house, the exterior stucco and refinished our kitchen oak cabinets. Arthur has a wonderful work ethic as well as painting cleanly and is very organized, making sure his work space is clean and neat before he leaves for the day. He is very trustworthy and has a good eye and suggestions for colour and design advice. We highly recommend his work.
Working with Arthur was awesome. He constantly checked in daily and after each section of our project was completed to make sure I were were satisfied. We had a tough project to tackle as our home is from the late 40's and included water damage to our crown moldings and ceiling in the living room. There was old plaster wall repairs and an over all refresh to 80% of of main floor. We are absolutely thrilled with the results! I Would highly recommend! 10/10
