Coach Alex is top notch. Certainly one of, if not the most intelligent people I have ever met. Coach Alex can explain things in a way that are highly intellectual but he doesn’t make me feel dumb. His faith based approach to helping people reach their mental, physical and spiritual goals transcends every other fitness program I have ever encountered. There’s no magic, just motivation backed by fitness science.
Coaching is just the beginning with Coach Alex. He is inspiration to my mind body and soul. He sets realistic goals but still challenges me daily. After working with Coach Alex, all other “programs” are obsolete.
