Leslie was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions. She helped me understand the starter loc process and started a few coils to give me an idea of how it would look in my hair vs just the picture. The Defined Roots atmosphere is friendly, energetic, and at times entertaining with sing-along and karaoke. I was quickly greeted when i walked in the door and made to feel welcome.
