I previously reviewed this club as one star because they kept failing to open on time. Now I don't come so early so that has not affected me. Since then I've tried a one week free trial at Chuz closer to my house, but didn't like it. Now a Crunch Fitness well open really close to my house so I may try it out. Truthfully, this Defined Fitness is a good club. It has what I use, which isn't much (stationary bike, pull-ups, dips). My biggest complaint, which I complained about today, is the music is too loud. Great place to workout
Clean and very well equipped gym... friendly staff!
Facilities were often closed or broken, and cancellation was a nightmare.
This place is a scam, plain and simple. They report to credit bureaus. Yes, a gym. A gym reports to credit bureaus. In my opinion, that should be illegal, but clearly this place doesn’t care about what’s ethical, just what gets them paid. I signed up for one membership. Checked my credit card and was being charged for two. I emailed them immediately and got a useless reply about being dissatisfied with equipment, which had nothing to do with my actual complaint.
