Today Dec 6, 2025 at around 7am had the worst customer service from the front desk girl named Kyra she did not let me in with my license because I did not have the mobile app when I tried to explain to her that I can't get the mobile app. She said I was being rude and threatened to have my account closed. She made a comment. It's not like you pay for it anyways. I think Defined fitness should be in trouble for false advertisement saying it's the number one gym in New Mexico when it's not
My understanding is that someone owns the chain Of Defined Fitnesses. But good luck to get to that person/manager. I tried several times and all my attempts brought me back to the local club phone number and local club manager,Farmington , NM. I had a complain to be addressed: during Covid steam room was closed( it was a valid reason) , but it had never been reopened.
