I’ve been thinking about taking Pilates classes for a few years. I’m new in town and recently relocated to the Phoenix area. WONDERFUL studio!! Every staff member there at Define Pilates are great. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. First hand experience on the chair and reformer for todays class was definitely a workout. While I felt the 'burn' it was not too intense to the point of not being able to complete the set. Made me feel successful in my workout. I'm looking forward to using the Tower at my next class. Yes, next class! It's a place to keep going to.

Best Pilates in Scottsdale - real, all-apparatus Pilates taught by quality 500-hour comprehensive trained instructors. Studio is always perfectly clean. Challenging, progressive, full body workout every time. I will refer family and friends to DEFINE Pilates because I trust the trainers and staff.

I knew the minute after I signed up it was a mistake, first off there's no low introductory class. Period. The instructors are super young, they play annoying music, they don't pay attention to your form or if you misheard what springs are changed, or even if your form is correct. They don't allow for stretch in between strengthen. It's easier on the body to rest one minute and stretch in between moves not 15 minutes at the end.
