Love Define! It’s my happy place - the instructors are all so kind and welcoming. This place gives me so much joy, energy, and confidence. The workouts are amazing and challenging - I am specially a fan of their bounce and body classes. A true gem in Cincinnati!
I have been going to DEFINE for over a year now & absolutely love it! The instructors, owner, childcare providers & all who work there truly care about each & every person who come in the door. I feel so much stronger - physically & mentally - now that attending bounce (trampoline) & body (barre) classes are part of my weekly wellness routine! It truly is a beautiful community of kind, caring & uplifting people. Highly recommend everyone give it a try!
I loved making DEFINE a part of my routine during my year in Cincinnati. I consistently did Barre and Spin classes 4–5 days a week throughout my pregnancy, and I know it made a huge difference in my postpartum recovery. As my body changed, the instructors were incredibly supportive, always helping me find modifications so I could continue moving safely. Such a welcoming and empowering space!
I absolutely love this fitness studio! The classes are all fun and challenging, and all the instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. The vibe is always supportive and affirming, which I really appreciate.
